Plug the cable into a 1amp charge block and into your camera. Make sure the cable is not pulled tight
Press and hold the shutter button until the screen turns on.
Remove the bottom and insert paper with the blue sheet on the bottom into the slot. Replace bottom of printer.
Hold the camera up and press the shutter button until you hear a click!

Using the Polaroid Print App
Open your WiFi® settings and select your POP camera network. Enter the password: “1234567890” and return to the app to complete the connection. Make sure the auto-connect feature is disabled from other networks.
Please make sure your phone is in close proximity to your POP camera. If connectivity problems persist, please try connecting your device again
Please make sure that you are using an iPhone 5 and up (we don’t support phones below that version). In order for the Polaroid POP App to work properly on your phone, you must be using your phone’s latest software version. When these details are resolved, the app will stop crashing. If you keep encountering these problems please delete the app and download it again.
Using Your Polaroid Pop Camera
We recommend using the provided USB cable and a power adapter that is rated 5V/2A (max) to charge your camera. The camera should not be used with a charger that is above 8.4V and a current above 5 Amps.
The POP has only one button that functions as both the shutter button and the “On” button. To turn on your flash, press the “Menu” button at the bottom right corner on your screen and then select the lightning icon to turn on your flash modes.
We recommend you use the provided USB cable to charge. Use a dedicated power adapter that is rated at 5V and 2 Amps (Max). The camera should not be used with a charger that is above 8.4V and a current above 5 Amps.
The POP allows you to share photos to and download from Facebook and Instagram.
First remove the paper cover on your POP camera. To the right of the paper slot, locate the circular hole on your camera and insert the strap from the bottom plastic side. Slide the other side of the strap through the hole from the inside of your paper cover and move your paper cover in until it is securely attached to your camera.
At the top left corner of your screen, press the touchscreen power icon and your camera will turn off.
Press the Polaroid Diamond icon in your camera and the edit screen will appear.
Remove the paper cover; the microSD™ slot is located on the bottom left corner. Insert your microSD™ card until you hear a click. To remove the microSD™ card, push it in and it will click out.
Using Your ZINK® Zero INK® Paper
The POP was designed to work only with Polaroid Premium ZINK® 3.5×4.25ʺ Paper. Other papers will not be compatible with this camera.
When loading the paper, the glossy side should be facing up towards the screen. Insert your blue calibration smart sheet at the bottom of the pack with the bar code facing down towards the front of the camera. Please be careful to not jam the paper in all the way. Lightly insert your sheets into the camera slot.
The Polaroid POP holds 10 sheets of ZINK® paper at a time
Make sure to use only a high-quality power charger with an output of 5V 2Amp. Also check that your camera is upgraded to the most recent firmware. If the problem persists, reset the device by pressing the reset button, located to the side of the SD card (use a pin to press the button).
Your POP will get a bit warm during charging, this is normal. If you see it getting excessively hot, REMOVE from charging and contact customer service. Please check that you are using a power supply with 5V and 2 Amps.
Videos, Panoramic photos and GiFs are not active features that will appear in the gallery and will be non-responsive to touch.
1. Make sure to use a quality power charger with an output of 5V 2Amp that plugs directly into the wall. DO-NOT charge your Polaroid POP with a multi port charger or your computer.
2. Make sure that your camera has the latest firmware. Go to www.meetpolaroid.com/pop/firmware for the latest firmware information.
